Apprenticeship training has been established as the best way to create a pool of skilled work force. India has witness a wide skill gap across industries and has enormous potential to improve the availability of skilled manpower for various segments through apprenticeship. The Central Government has been taking several initiatives through which it aims of adding 5 million employable youth to the workforce by 2019-20. The objective of our company is to develop a competent workforce which could take the country ahead in the industrial world and the promoters of the company has developed various industrial and academic linkages to take forward the concept of "On the job practical training" targeting enhancement of employ-ability among individuals who are pursuing graduation or have discontinued or completed a diploma or graduation in any technical or non-technical field. Through NEEM registration, our company proposes to give needy apprentices an opportunity to undergo "on the job" training and thus get exposed to real working conditions, situations, and challenges. They get a chance to work on advanced machines and equipment facilitating the acquisition of knowledge, skills, experience and desirable attitude which help them get a remunerative job or explore opportunities of self-employment.

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is the statutory body and a national-level council for technical education, under Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, and Government of India Established in 1987. AICTE is responsible for proper planning and coordinated development of the technical education and management education system in India. All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) has issued National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM) Regulation, 2013 published in Gazette of India Dated 15.4.2013, which aims to offer on the job (OJT) practical training to enhance employability for Students who were pursuing Graduation & Above to increase their employability in any technical or non-technical streams. JP Smart Skill Foundation has been appointed as NEEM facilitator by AICTE to roll out apprenticeship as per the guidelines set under the notification.
