This unit is being promoted as a Section 8 Company by Mr. Jayaprakash Narayanappa aged about 38 years and Mr. VENU GOPAL is aged about 32 years. Mr. Jayaprakash Narayanappa and Mr. Venu Gopal has a following experience:- Om Shakthi Enterprises: In year 2004, the director of JP SMART FOUNDATION, Mr. Jayaprakash started a Proprietorship Firm in the name of M/s OM Shakthi Service Enterprises, located in the Bommasandra Industrial Area of Bangalore. The firm specializes in formulating, rationalizing, integrating and implementing Human Resources & Manpower Management and has been associated with many reputed industries across Bangalore. The firm also has to its credit many successes in settling Industrial Disputes involving employer-employee relationships. Over the time, the firm has evolved as a best human resource and manpower service consultancy in Bangalore region. Bommasandra Industrial Training Center (BITC): After the success of Om Shakthi Service Enterprises, the proprietor of the firm started an industrial training institute in the name of Bommasandra Industrial Training Center to provide pre employment skill training orientation programme facilities to the candidates and help them build their careers. The center currently has an area of over 6000 sq ft and is rendering training under manufacturing, fabrication & hospitality.
